The technician was very professional and went over cleaning options for my Oriental rugs and what was the best way to clean them. Even though I vacuum weekly they still picked up dust and a few stains from my pet. Their rep gave my a very price and they took the rug. After a week, they delivered the rug back to me. The moment I opened m rug I knew they did a great job. The stains and dark spots were gone and the fiber felt soft and clean. I feel like I got a brand new rug.
